The Broadata Model HFP-1000 Concierge Multimedia Fiberstation
provides 12 different audio, video and data connectivity solutions
within a 6"; x 13"; space. The ConciergeTM units
are designed for both new construction and upgrading of hotel,
hospital, university, convention center, and enterprise multimedia/IT
distribution centers. The HFP-1000 units are a Plug-n-Play
solution for maximum connectivity within board rooms, meeting
rooms, convention centers, or anywhere that mixtures of audio,
video, and data connectivity are required. The specification
of the ConciergeTM system eliminates the entire copper based
conduit infrastructure, except the one conduit required to
house the 1/2"; diameter, 24-strand, fiber optic cable.
Also, the need for intermediate audio visual (AV) control
rooms are eliminated due to the transmission distance capabilities
of fiber. An even greater benefit is derived from the elimination
of all ground loops. In addition, these fiberstation units
mount into standard, construction grade, floor and wall boxes.
