BCI's 4805 product supports DVI video
up to 1280 X 1024 (SXGA) @ 60 Hz. as well as four (4)
USB 1.1 connections and one (1) RS-232 data port
over 2 multimode or singlemode fibers. This
configuration allows for KVM switch and video wall
applications. Since most KVM applications now use
USB for mouse, keyboard and audio functions, the
built-in 4 port USB 1.1 hub supports those multiple
USB devices. The multimode fiber version is capable
of 200 meter distances while the singlemode version
is cable of 2000 meter transmission distances. The
product is available as a standalone box with SC type
fiber connections.

Broadata Communication's recently attended the
2007 IBC tradeshow in Amsterdam, Netherlands. IBC
is one of the largest Broadcast oriented tradeshows in
the world, probably only second to NAB in Las Vegas,
NV. BCI's presence in the Broadcast Industry is
increasing through the addition of new products and
focus by our International Sales Manager, Jason
Chian. BCI's product focus included the multi-channel
SDI (1600 Series) and our 1100 E Series HD-SDI
transport. The main interest at the show was in multi-
channel digital video with HD-SDI being the star. The
show attendance was high and BCI is looking forward
to next years show in 2008.

Broadata is Expanding!

Broadata Communications is proud to announce the
newest addition to the BCI sales team! Scott Riedle
has joined the BCI sales organization as BCI's Inside
Sales Manager. Scott brings with him a wealth of
sales experience and he is committed to improving
existing, new, and post customer service experiences.
Scott's responsibilities include interfacing with BCI's
reps, providing product quotations and product
support as well as handling RMA transactions. Scott
will also help the BCI sales team at tradeshows and
meetings.
