All full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage under our health care plan. The plan includes both preferred provider options and network-based medical plans to suit the needs individuals and growing families.
Life insurance coverage is based upon each employee's annual base salary.
Broadata provides a competitively packaged 401(k) savings plan to all regular full-time employees. Contributiions by employees may be made to the plan on a pre-tax basis up to the annual IRS mandated limits.

All full-time, regular employees are eligible to receive incentive stock options.
Broadata provides vacation time for regular full-time employees that initially accrues at a rate of 10 days per year.
All regular full-time, employees receive 10 designated paid holidays per calendar year.
