Broadata provides a competitively packaged 401(k) savings plan to all regular full-time employees. Contributiions by employees may be made to the plan on a pre-tax basis up to the annual IRS mandated limits.

  • INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION PLAN
All full-time, regular employees are eligible to receive incentive stock options.

  • VACATION
Broadata provides vacation time for regular full-time employees that initially accrues at a rate of 10 days per year.

  • HOLIDAYS
