The 4805 Series is a high performance, yet affordable, Fiber Optic DVI/USB/Data Transmission System. It carries one (1) DVI, four (4) USB1.1, and one (1) RS-232 through two (2) multimode or singlemode fibers. This unique fiber optic transmission system lets your digital flat panel display extend up to 200m (multimode fiber) or 2000m (singlemode fiber), together with USB powered keyboard, mouse, and audio. Longer distance is also available as an option.
No user adjustment is required for the 4805 system due to the use of advanced digital fiber optic transmission system technology. This allows for a quick and easy setup, offering trouble-free operation for many years to come. The DVI video supports video resolution up to 1280 x 1024 @ 60Hz. RS-232 port can be used for console, alarm or control applications.
The 4805 is available in a compact standalone housing. Panel connectors are: standard DVI and USB connectors, DB9 for RS-232, and duplex SC connectors for fiber port. For complete specifications, see PDF.
