Overview
The 1G SFP Multimode Fiber Optic Module is a 850nm VCSEL 10-Gigabit SFP and transceiver that is designed to transmit and receive optical data over 50/125 µm or 62.5/125 µm multimode optical fiber networks. This cost effective module supportws data-rates of 1.25Gbps and 550m transmission distance with MMF. The transceiver consistes of three sections: a VCSEL laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with trans-impedance preamplified (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules comply wityh Class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreemetn (MSA) and SFF-8472.
